Central 2BR Flat near Excel&Canary Wharf for 6

Negative: The owner gave us the wrong codes for collecting keys and didnt answer us properly we waited 3 hours with kids on streets. We called the mobile nummer it was off and gave our number in message to call us back didnt bother to call us and gave new codes for collecting keys after 3 hours. And he said to me that i never called him. Disappointed

Nice apartment , low service Positive: The apartment is really nice, spacious and comfortable for a family Although not in a central location, the underground station is very close. Allowed late check out when we asked to keep the laugage Negative: the kitchen is very minimally equipped, with too few dishes and utensils. There was also very little assistance from the hosts. For example, we were told that more toilet paper would be provided, but nobody ever came to deliver it. They tried to help remotely with what they could but there's nobody physically there to support. The check-in process was quite inconvenient, as the key pick-up location was far from the apartment and we came with children and laugage.
