Bad check-in experience Positive: The location is amazing, 10 mins walk from the train station and less than 5 mins to the beach and all there is to offer along the seafront. The flat itself is very smartly decorated, stylish, and functional. Negative: I booked for two nights for Pride and my birthday. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the check-in access code for the keys until after midnight and after multiple failed attempts to reach the company and Booking.com I ended up sleeping on a mate's couch, which was not ideal/how I wished to spend my birthday. I therefore wasn't able to access the property until the next morning. The company has decided not to give me a partial refund as formally requested, which I believe is a reasonable ask. The flat has no WiFi signal whatsoever, so good luck using your phone or trying to watch any of the 3 smart TVs.
