Positive: Good location and size of the property
Negative: Very dirty. Door locks were not working and I got locked in the bathroom the first time I used it. Had to wait for a locksmith for an hour. The sofa and carpet in the living room smelled of urine a lot. Had to buy Febreze to spray every 2 hrs

Positive: Cleanliness and the ability to park on the property also a bonus having a ring doorbell for additional safety

Cosy and Warm
Positive: Great location, close to dog walking territory and to the Etihad. The interior was very cosy. Driveway parking is a bonus too.
Negative: The garden had steep steps to get down to the lower half so we didn't use that.
