Positive: Location Negative: Bathroom infrastructure could have been better.

It was a suitable flat but have been scammed for addition £100 taken for obvious old stains and lies by staff. Positive: Location, spacious, comfortable bed, good basic facilities Negative: Mattress and protector very badly stained and covered with clean sheets. Property have taken £100 stating that I had damaged them. and it is very obvious the stains are much older than the 5 days I stayed. They also falsely claim I broke the hoover when it wasn’t even moved. Lounge windows are not safe.. one doesn’t open and the other opens way too far. Bathroom sink cracked (old break) bathroom flooring gives way, shower door did not shut and had build up of limescale, coffee table in lounge was dangerous.. not a secure glass top and unstable supports, no plug in kitchen sink, cooker hood light could not be turned off, no tea towel, no ice tray,

Nice and comfortable. Well catered to. Positive: Good location and nice staff. Catered to all my needs and easily reachable Negative: Nothing. Everything was good
