Exclusive Large Villa with Pool, Table Tennis, BBQ

Great villa for family or group stay Positive: Outside space is fantastic and the villa is located in a lovely quiet area. The large pool is a highlight, though heating is an extra expense if requested. Villa inside is spacious and clean and the main bedroom has a lovely comfortable large bed. Fantastic beach that is walkable and so are a few restaurants, so that made dinners easier than going into the town. Great house for a family or a small group. Bathrooms have fantastic tiles and were working well despite being dated, we liked them. Kitchen was well equipped and the owner seemed to be ordering new things. Glasses etc were all recently replaced. New fridge/freezer, coffee machine and air fryer. Host and property manager were easy to deal with and responsive to issues, also checking in with us during the stay so that was reassuring. Negative: Check in was delayed by 2 hours due to extra cleaning required from previous guests. Arrived to some maintenance issues, which took the shine off the holiday at the beginning- mainly the air con which actually only required a visit from the handyman to get it back into proper use and it is now working perfectly (and quiet) and a tap that wouldn't turn off, until my husband sorted it! Single beds are creaky, some ants (which we resolved), no provisions on arrival (take your own tea bags if important to you!). Mosquito nets need replacing as gaps down the side, so we couldn't have doors open at night. We did leave some things (kitchen cleaner and cloths, etc) so hopefully they remain for the next guests. The only reason I have rated this villa 7/10 is due to these issues. If I had arrived to it with everything working and in order, I would have rated it 10/10, so don't be put off going.

Great outdoor space and location, could have been so much better with minor changes. Positive: Pool and outdoor space was very good ,very quiet location and close to the beach. Negative: Beds very old and were very squeeky (from sleeping) air con was noisy and only had it in the bedrooms, need to de clutter, cleaning equipment was very poor no broom, cleaner that didn't work, no dishwasher tablets at all not even a few to get started.

A well-located villa with great potential, let down by its current condition. Positive: The villa has a lot going for it, particularly in terms of its fundamentals. The location is excellent and very convenient, which really added to the overall experience. It’s also a great size, especially for a larger group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the highlights was having a private swimming pool, which was ideal and got plenty of use during our stay. The outdoor BBQ and seating area were also fantastic—perfect for socialising and enjoying meals together outside. Another big plus is that the villa gets sun throughout the day, which makes the outdoor space even more enjoyable. Negative: Unfortunately, the condition of the villa does not reflect the photos advertised and feels quite tired and in need of attention. Much of the furnishing is worn, with stained cushions and mismatched, heavily used glasses that should really be replaced. The bathroom doors are warped and cracking, and we also had an issue where the bath wouldn’t drain properly, meaning you were effectively showering in standing water. The outdoor umbrella was extremely damaged to the point of being unusable, which was disappointing—particularly as we were told during our stay that a replacement would be delivered, but this never materialised. Cleanliness inside the villa was acceptable overall, but the outdoor areas would benefit from a thorough pressure wash. There were noticeable stains and dried remnants of food that detracted from the space. Overall, while the villa has great potential thanks to its size, layout, and location, it currently feels dated and in need of some maintenance and care (TLC) to bring it back up to the standard suggested in the listing photos.

We had a fantastic week at this villa, would stay again! Positive: we loved the space, pool area, location. It was just a fabulous villa. Had everything you needed or wanted for a stay. As a family of 8 I felt it was the prefect size. Negative: N/A
